Many a times when I'm low, I am going visit a church and sit under that large ceiling and glass painted panes. The feeling you get sitting in that quiet atmosphere and observing the beauty and effort with that the church is formed is highly satiating. While the silence and peace exuding from the area makes you calm, the whole construction or demeanor of the building makes you appreciate the beauty and wonder that god has presented us with.
